Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Jackson County Intermediate School District (JCISD) is requesting bid proposals, from Qualified Contractors, to excavate for, and build, a pier & grade beam system with a poured concrete foundation. This engineered foundation will have 42 helical piers, a crawl space, and will support a house being built by the Jackson Area Career Center (JACC) in Jackson, Michigan. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial affidavit, a 5% Bid Security Bond (or certified check), and bids without these will not be accepted. Complete bidding instructions are included in the Project Bidding Information Packet. The project needs to be complete by April 1, 2022, or such time as allowed by weather conditions. LOCATION: Lot #169 in Three Forty Farms, Jackson, MI All bids submitted on January 6, 2022 have been rejected .
