Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
1) Hazardous materials must be abated in accordance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations and the attached PreDemolition Compliance Survey assessment. 2) Compact all clean backfill material with a hoe-pack or vibrating roller compactor. 3) Remove 2 curb(s) cut(s) and entry approach(s). (15 lineal feet/each) 4) Install 36 lineal feet of curb and gutter. (18' curb/gutter/each opening) 5) Remove and replace 5 lineal feet of cracked, heaved and broken public sidewalks. 6) See enclosed water and sewer service records for approximate location and any special instructions for shared services. If no service card is provided it is the contractor's responsibility to insure that neighboring water and sewer services are operational at the conclusion of the demolition. 7) Trees/shrubs: Remove large stump along S. fence line, all debris along S. fence line. 8) Miscellaneous: Remove all hard surfaces and fully regrade site to land balance to blend with all surrounding grades. Remove chain link fence to NW extending to Ridgeway St. Remove and infill suspected cistern located to E of home.
