The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) requires a Service Provider to provide labour, material and equipment to inspect, test and certify all Fume Hoods in our Science Classrooms (see Form of Proposal for the list of locations).at various DSBN locations. The objective of this RFP is to obtain the services of a qualified person to perform inspections and create a report listing of all deficiencies and a detailed quotation of repairs required to bring the fume hood into optimal operating conditions. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period, commencing February 1, 2022 with four possible one-year extensions. Annual inspections to take place between February 1st and are to be completed no later than February 28th of each year of the contract. No deviance from this schedule is permitted without prior written authorization by the DSBN's Health & Safety Officer.
