The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing Construction Management and Construction Services for the Biology & Chemistry Laboratory Project at Keyano College. This is a high priority project which has a strict schedule. It is important all work is complete, and occupancy is granted for student use on or before September 2022. This renovation comprises the following areas as part of the scope: the Biology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Prep Room, and Storage Rooms located on the second floor in the Keyano Clearwater Campus.
