Renovation of a medical facility in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of the project is the renovation and expansion of the existing MDRC and Satellite Scope Processing Area. It also includes renovation of adjacent or nearby services to accommodate the expansion of the MDRC; these spaces include Biomed/Bed Repair, CPSM Warehouse, CPSM Clean Supplies and the Satellite Reprocessing Centre. The project will also include minor upgrades to utility services such as mechanical systems, sewer systems etc. within the NLRHC facility to ensure operation of the MDRC. It also includes design and implementation to support continued operation of MDRC Services during renovation. This includes phased construction, decanting and hazardous materials abatement. The project delivery will be completed with multiple components and phases being delivered, simultaneously. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. To obtain the NDA for this project refer to document details in this report. *Construction Management contract value is $4,237,050. Award is based on the combined fixed fees for CM Services [Fixed Fee for Pre-Construction Services ($) and Fixed for Services (%)]. The award amount is based on a preliminary estimate of the cost of constructing the Project and remains subject to change and is contingent upon further internal and budgetary approval(s).
