Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The primary objective of this design-build project shall include the landscape, architectural, and engineering design leading to the Design-Build Team installing one athletic turf field and a resurface/rebuild of the existing track surrounding the field at the sites of the existing John Glenn High School football facilities. Said design/build work shall include, but not limited to, excavation of current field, necessary drainage, goal post removal and replacement, removal and replacement of athletic scoreboards and wiring, forty second endzone clocks for football, paving, resurfacing, address ADA accessibility, mechanical systems and hardware as needed, etc. Design-build teams will work in union with the District throughout project completion. The District would like to make the turf field as multi-purpose as possible (servicing all sports) while maintaining a clean look. Option pricing to move the field events into the "D" zone inside of the track. Shortlist interview - week of march 14 via zoom First potential project award date - march 21, 2022 board meeting Construction start date - tentative may 2nd Construction completion date - completion use of both surfaces august 8th The synthetic surfacing contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services necessary for the proper completion of the Synthetic Track Surfacing System and related work indicated on the drawings and specified herein. The synthetic surfacing contractor shall refer to the drawings for the required locations of synthetic track surfacing to be installed. All quantities and dimensions shall be field verified by the synthetic surfacing contractor. A. Install an IAAF and MHSAA approved, impermeable polyurethane synthetic track system consisting of SBR Rubber and BEYPUR, a single-component polyurethane binder and BEYPUR, a poured-in-place, twocomponent U.V. stabilized elastomeric polyurethane wearing layer with an embedded textured finish. B. Layout and paint all track lines and event markings as required and specified by current IAAF/NCAA/NFHS/MHSAA rules
