Remove existing air handler which includes a hot water coil and cooling coil, condensing unit, refrigeration piping and near ductwork. Provide new air handler with variable frequency drive, hot water coil, dx cooling coil, condensing unit, refrigeration piping, and ductwork necessary to connect the new air handling unit to existing ductwork. Disconnect and remove existing control devices related to the removal of the air handler, condensing unit and refrigeration piping. Remove existing control dampers associated with the removal of the air handler. Reconnect and reinstall existing control devices to the new air handler, condensing unit, and refrigeration piping. Extend control wiring as required to the devices' new locations. Provide new control dampers to fit new ductwork at the air handling unit. Disconnect electrical wiring to the existing air handler and condensing unit. Connect new air handling unit and condensing unit to existing wiring. Extend/shorten wiring from closest junction box to new units. Replace the existing exterior pair of insulated metal doors, hardware and frames. Replace the EPDM roofing membrane under the condensing unit and over the roof curb supports.
