Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. The Proposal, when submitted, shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond satisfactory to the Director, for the sum of not less than fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid including alternates, if applicable.
