Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bay City, Michigan. Design plans call for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 2, 2022, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Provide Phase 300 Schematic Design, Phase 400 Preliminary Design Services, Phase 500 Final Design Services, and Phase 600 and 700 Construction Administration Service. Modifications to the armory will include; Milling Approximately 5150sy of paving, reshaping grade and repaving Force protection blocks to be added at the front of builidng Fencing to be installed at side-yard and rear of yard.
