The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Plumbing Contractors on behalf of the Domestic Violence Crisis Center (DVCC) located at 1111 Summer Street, Stamford CT 06905, for Bathroom & Plumbing Upgrades.Contractors must have related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. Instructions and zoom meeting information for all contractors that submitted bids will be emailed to given email address the day before the bid open date/time. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. DVCC Inc. is looking for a qualified Contractor that is capable of Upgrading (4) four bathrooms to its Safe House; Stamford Ct. The Contractor is responsible for replacement of new waste lines & water line plumbing as required, New dry wall, new tiles, new fixtures, toilets, shower units, medicine cabinet, mirror lighting and vanities but not limited to such scope of work. Coordination of working hours, staging of materials & logistics with the Building Superintendent/Project Manager obtaining any Building/Plumbing Permits that may be required.
