The City of Vandalia is soliciting proposals from qualified architects, engineers, or architectural/engineering consultants/firms, to provide professional analysis, planning, consultation, and design services necessary to develop a master plan for a proposed public safety (police, fire & emergency medical services) training facility. Statement of Qualifications should include the following minimum information: A. Company Profile - At a minimum include: number of years in business, number of employees, number of municipal clients and their populations. B. Personnel Qualifications - Education and experience of the firm's personnel, particularly those individuals who would be assigned tasks for the City of Vandalia projects. Please identify a primary single point of contact within the firm to manage and coordinate all activities related with the City of Vandalia. C. Availability of Staff - Please provide the number of staff that could be assigned to tasks for the City of Vandalia at any given time and the amount of lead time required for notification before staff could begin work on a project. D. Organizational experience or expertise - Provide information which documents successful and reliable experience in past performances, including: 1) The firm's experience with providing municipal engineering services. 2) Demonstration of a range of projects completed for municipal clients, particularly those performed on a task order basis. 3) References - List at least 3 references from at least 3 municipal clients.
