This project is located at unit # 825 in Washington County Housing Authorities Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, PA 15317 825 Valley View Terrace Renovations 518 Dawson Street Canonsburg, Pa 15317 & Crumrine Tower Sewer Renovations 100 South Franklin Street Washington, Pa 15301 It is the intent to prescribe a complete project which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Drawings, Specifications, Proposal and the Contract, including the furnishing of all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, and all other means required to replace existing underground sanitary lines, ADA shower, hot water tanks, painting and flooring. 1. Alternate Bid: Replace all existing horizontal cast iron sanitary pipes in the basement of Crumrine Towner (100 South Franklin Street, Washington) with PVC schedule 40 pipe and associated fittings.
