Provide timely, responsive, and satisfactory landscape maintenance services for nine (9) months (March 1st to November 30th) per year to ensure the health, development, and professional appearance of the landscaping for sixteen (16) locations in Zone 2. The face of the sealed envelope shall be plainly marked identifying the bidder, the item(s) or service(s) bid and the bid number. No late submittals will be accepted. Multiple submittals (or pricing) from the same entity will not be accepted. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid for a period of sixty (60) days. CONTRACT TERM: Services shall be for a one (1) year period, with a mutually agreed upon renewal option for two (2) one-year periods.
