Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Wembley, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
BASE has completed the majority of detailed design to replace the fire pump angle drive, install a new generator, extend the existing pumphouse, and consolidate electrical and instrumentation panels from a separate building to the new extension. The generator and angle drive are on order. Construction of the building extension began in September and is nearing completion. This RFP is for the remainder of the Electric. This involves: 1. Perform all the work shown on the drawings and specs 2. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a new diesel generator 3. Improvements to existing pumphouse building 4. Testing and commission of all equipment This project addresses issues with the existing back-up generator/fire pump drive engine at the Town of Wembley's water pumphouse by installing a larger generator that will run the entire pumphouse, replacing the existing generator/fire pump engine (Reliability/Risk Management).
