Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Westlock, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,672-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Westlock is soliciting proposals from Design-Build teams for a new Public Works Building. The location of this building is north of the existing Public Works Building on 97 avenue, North of 110A Street. The current Public Works Building has exceeded its' usable life. The Town requires a new building with enough capacity for their staff and up to date facilities. This project will consist of designing and constructing a new Public Works Building and utilizing a new boiler the Tower currently has possession of.
