Description

Demolition and site work for a stadium in Westlock, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: 1. Demolition of 1963 Jubilee Arena to below concrete slab and removal of demolition materials from the site. 2. Abatement of hazardous material. Refer to Appendix B - Hazardous Building Materials Assessment (pre-demolition) report for a summary of hazardous materials. 3.
