Renovation of a municipal facility in Bath, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes rehabilitation of the Layer Cake Hall, 193 Davy Street, Bath, ON to ensure the structural integrity of the historic building as in accordance with the design drawings and specifications. Any item or service that is obviously necessary in order to complete any job component must be provided. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to bring to the attention of the contact in charge of this project, prior to submitting a proposal; any item which they feel has been omitted from this Request for Proposal document. Milestones and Completion Dates The successful proponent cannot mobilize on to the site until after 31 March 2022. The successful proponent agrees to complete the work in its entirety prior to September 1st 2022.
