This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the Township) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bath Water Treatment Plant - Intake Screen and Valve Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The intake screen setup for the raw well at the Bath Water Treatment Plant is no longer functional and requires replacement, along with the 18" diameter gate valve and valve stem at the intake pipe into the raw well. The work will include but is not limited to replacement of these two components and coordination of all associated work. Work should ideally be scheduled to occur sometime between June and October, 2023.
