The general scope of the project consists of the installation of approximately 2,100 lineal feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, 670 lineal feet of 6-inch gravity sewer, 13,030 lineal feet of 6-inch pressure sewer, 8,920 lineal feet of 2-inch pressure sewer, 9,400 lineal feet of 1 1/2 -inch pressure sewer, 55 grinder pump stations, and one submersible sanitary lift station. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., 9604 Coldwater Road, Suite 203, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Adams County Regional Sewer District, 313 W. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 90 days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
