Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, January 26, 2022 in the Conference Room, Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane, Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following: Renovation of CMTC Building 1446 at Fort Chaffee located in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the Military Department of Arkansas PR #9752148 There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 9:00AM on January 19, 2022 at 1446 18th Street, Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $50.00 per set, payable to Fennell Purifoy Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded.
