Replace Lower Roof, Main Building Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 482 Days Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $39,800 for C). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for C. _Project commenced design before January 1, 2020. The substantial completion date for this project is 482 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. No pre-bid site visits have been scheduled for this project and prospective bidders are not allowed to visit the project site or facility buildings and grounds to take measurements or examine existing conditions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
