The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to six (6) firms to provide Architectural Services. Firm(s) must possess a strong architectural background as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise, with an occasional requirement of mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineering. The majority of the projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
