Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Berthoud, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Miscelaneous improvements to the Town's water treatment facility including: 1. Demolition and removal of existing outdoor-mounted powdered activated carbon (PAC) equipment and concrete pad. 2. Demolition and removal of approximately 86 linear feet (LF) of existing chain link fence. 3. Construction of new below-grade PAC slurry tank, mechanical equipment and appurtenances as detailed on the drawings. 4. Construction of new Raw Water Blending Facility (RWBF) mechanical equipment and appurtenances as detailed on the drawings. 5. Construction of approximately 300 LF of buried potable water pipeline, fittings, valves and connections to existing facilities ranging from 3-inch to 18-inch diameter piping. 6. All electrical, instrumentation and controls, structural and architectural work to support items 1-5 as depicted in the contract documents.
