All questions must be submitted in writing about the Scope of Services via The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to serve as a construction manager / general contractor (CM/GC or Contractor) for the East Troublesome Fire Watershed Recovery Services Project. Northern Water is working with the US Forest Service under a Participating Agreement for fire recovery work on National Forest System lands resulting from the East Troublesome Fire in Grand County, Colorado. Northern Water is headquartered out of Berthoud (approximately 40 miles north of Denver) and has 175 full-time staff members engaged in the operations, engineering, environmental, financial, and administrative functions of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Municipal Subdistrict. Most staff work out of Northern Water's headquarters in Berthoud; some out of Northern Water's Willow Creek Campus in Granby, Colorado. Construction Phase 1 is anticipated to commence in Summer 2024 and must be completed no later than June 30, 2025. If Owner rejects the GMP Proposal or fails to notify Contractor in writing on or before the date specified in the GMP Proposal that it accepts the GMP Proposal, the GMP Proposal shall be deemed withdrawn and of no effect.
