Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Berthoud, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000344424 The 2024 Berthoud Road Improvements Project consists of a road section reconstruction on 2nd St., roadway extension of Franklin Ave., and additional paving and patch work located on S. Berthoud Parkway. The project also includes construction of new sidewalk segment on Welch Ave. Construction documents are included for the 2nd St. reconstruction and Franklin Ave Extension. The South Berthoud Parkway shoulder completion and patching is currently marked on site in pink paint. Bidders should follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. LCUASS standards included for rollover curbs but many areas may match existing conditions.
