**As of April 11, 2022 this project has been cancelled and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center HVAC Upgrades and Restroom Renovations The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
