Last day for questions is now February 4, 2022 at Noon. Background The City is seeking services to remove the four (4) existing independent access and four control systems and an existing analog CCTV surveillance system. The scope of work is to upgrade all four (4) access control systems with one new consolidated global system. The analog CCTV system shall be upgraded with a new IP based system that is fully integrated with the new global access control system. The four (4) access control systems are as follows: 1. System #1 is an access control system controlling selected exterior perimeter doors. This system utilizes proximity card readers and electric locks and or strikes. The existing doors served under the current access control system and new additional doors added to the system will be controlled via the new global access control system. 2. System #2 is an access control system controlling two mantraps serving entry/exit to the cell holding area. This system utilizes proximity card readers, biometric readers and electric locks. The existing mantrap door served under the current access control system will be controlled via the new global access control system 3. System #3 is a door control system controlling four holding cell doors. The Door control functions for the cell doors are being kept the same. The door control functions will be via the new global access control system. 4. System #4 is a sally port system integrating with one of the mantrap systems. This system utilizes proximity card readers and motor control of the coil overhead doors. This sally port system will be integrated with the mantrap system via the new global access control system. The new upgraded IP CCTV surveillance system should be provided with a video management software that fully integrates with the new global access control system. The new global access control system and the IP video system should be capable to be expanded to multiple buildings and sites within the city management.
