The proposed project consists of the design and construction of a new building, below grade, pre-cast concrete, storm water detention chamber, along with associated pavements for parking and entrance/exit drives. The proposed building will have an approximate footprint of about 19,675 square feet. Structural column loads have not been determined but CTL anticipates the maximum loads will be on the order of 100 kips.
