Renovation of a mixed-use development in Struthers, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal must accompany each bid as a condition that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and an acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be furnished to guarantee performance of the contract in accordance with plans and specifications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time for receiving bids. This Project will be bid as three separate "Multiple Primes" (Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing) with a "Combination Bid" of all three being considered, and will require Federal minimum wage rates as prescribed under the Davis-Bacon Act. The "General Construction - Site & Building Shell was previously bid & awarded to J. Herbert Construction in December of 2022).
