This project includes the removal and replacement of sidewalk, curbs, and driveway approaches on the west side of Poland Avenue from a point approximately 70 feet north of Bridge Street to a point approximately 85 feet south of Sexton Street (Base Bid). The total length of work on the west side of Poland Avenue is 340 feet. This project also includes, as part of the Base Bid, the removal of trees and stumps and associated sidewalk along Poland Avenue between Wetmore Drive and Sexton Street. There is also an Alternate Bid for the removal and replacement of a section of sidewalk, curbing, and driveway approaches on the east side of Poland Avenue between Bridge Street and Sexton Street.
