Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Struthers, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 100 of the proposal must accompany each bid as a condition that it a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and an acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be furnished to guarantee performance of the contract in accordance with plans and specifications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time for receiving bids. This Project will be bid as a Multiple Prime Contract (General Construction - Site & Building Shell).
