Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Blooming grove Township, Ohio. Working plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
As of 3/24/23 NO BIDS WERE RECEIVED The work for which proposals are invited will consist of replacing an existing bridge, realigning and building the approach roadway and paving with Asphalt Concrete, Item 441, as per specifications of Contract No. CC02 (2023). Partial funding is being provided by an Issue 1 grant through the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). Per OPWC policies, this contract cannot be awarded before July 1, 2023. All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to the Crawford County Commissioners in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wage rates for this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the Ohio Department of Commerce's website. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Crawford County.
