PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will provide renovations to both the women's and men’s shower and toilet facilities within the Waukesha Armory to comply with WI State code and meet ADA standards. To accomplish this, the work includes addition of a mezzanine above the Drill Floor to relocate current unit lockers, add OCIE storage, and house physical fitness equipment. Both the male and female bath facilities will be demolished and redesigned to meet full occupancy and ADA standards including new finishes, toilet accessories, and plumbing fixtures. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work associated with these upgrades will also be needed.
