Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if bid is accepted, bidder will execute and file proper Contract and Corporate Surety Bond within ten (10) days after being notified of acceptance of bid. Bid Bond must be issued by a company licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin and must be countersigned by a resident Wisconsin Agent. The Construction Schedule is as follows: May 16, 2022 - August 5, 2022 Bidder agrees that, if awarded contract, the Work will be completed on August 5, 2022. Bids will be presented to the March 08, 2022. If approved, Contractor Award will closely follow. WCTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids which, in the opinion of Owner, will be insufficient to carry out Work under the terms of the Contract and Specifications; or to waive any informalities in bid in their best interest. WCTC also reserves the right to reject all bids should the apparent low bid exceed the project budget amount.
