Renovation of an educational facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited for the construction of NSU Robinson Tech Roof Replacement 213-B0213-004 at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA. The project is gerally described as a 14,270 sf roof replacement on the existing Robinson Tech Building on Norfolk State Universitys campus. A Bid Bond is required. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Paper Bids only. Contractor registration is required in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia. All executive branch agencies are directed to advance Executive Order 35, dated July 3, 2019 Question Deadline 03/01/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are due to architect Jeremy Wright at jwright@rrmm.com. The University Architect, Richard Law, should be carbon copied (ccd) at ralaw@nsu.edu and the Project Manager, Kenny Kyle at kmkyle@nsu.edu.
