**As of April 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Campus Wide Stormwater BMP Improvements and Maintenance Plan (Project Code: 213-2021-007) at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA. The project is generally described as stormwater BMP improvements at Lot 20, the Hamm Fine Arts Building, and the Health and Physical Education Building, as well as BMP Educational signage throughout the campus. A Bid Bond is required. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
