Site work for a water / sewer project in Hammonton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Town of Hammonton for Hammonton WWTF- Vertical Open Channel Ultraviolet Disinfection System Replacement (UV System). Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the specifications by the Purchasing Agent on proper notice. Two sets of bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of project on the outside, addressed to the Mayor and Council and on or before the hour named above and be accompanied by a Bid Bond. Bidders are required to comply with the following state provisions: - N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - The provisions of the NJ DOL current wage rate determinations - NJ Prevailing Wage Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25) are requirements of this project. - New Jersey State (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) and - Town of Hammonton (Chapter 109) Business Registration requirements. The Town of Hammonton reserves the right to accept any and all bids; to reject any and all bids; to waive informalities in bids received and to limit the project to the amount of funds available.
