Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hammond, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project scope consists of replacing the existing roof at police training center, 47038 conrad anderson blvd., hammond la. 70401, as described in the specifications and drawings. The Contractor shall furnish and pay for a Performance Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, and shall be countersigned by a person who is contracted with the surety company or bond issuer as an agent of the company or issuer, and who is licensed as an insurance agent in this state, and who is residing in this state, in an amount equal to the 100% contract amount. DESCRIPTION A. The Work includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, management, coordination, supervision and administration to complete the Work as outlined. B. The Contractor shall complete the following Work in a safe manner. The following outline of Work is noted by System. The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Leave existing R-Panel roof in place and Install new retrofit frame system including Clips and Back Up Plates meeting IBC Code for the projects location. 2. Install Vinyl Back Insulation over existing metal roof. 3. Install new standing seam metal roof system.
