The City of Conover is requesting bid proposals for two (2) CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation jobs which is located on 6th Avenue NW and 6th Avenue Dr SW, Conover. You may need to be a licensed contractor to bid on this job if you think your bid will exceed $30,000. The jobs consist of tree removal, roof, guttering, new windows, new exterior & interior doors, HVAC systems, insulation, new handrails, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, interior painting, kitchen appliances, pest control as well as other carpentry work. You will have to use licensed sub-contractors and be responsible for their work.
