Conover City Hall 2nd and 3rd Level Upfit An upfit of approximately 6,494 SF renovation to the upper two levels and 161 SF on the lower level with the stairs- to be constructed in Conover, NC are requested from qualified, licensed General Contractors. All single prime bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed by the state of North Carolina. Question Deadline 01/17/2025 Requests shall be made in time to allow the Architect The City of Conover reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time.
