Site work for a residential development in Conover, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
I am finally putting the 1st house out to bid for Conover. I will need you to put it on the IPS system like we did with the procurement for Lead Base Paint Assessors last summer. Here is what needs to be put on there: The City of Conover is requesting bid proposals for a CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation job. You will need to be a licensed contractor to bid on this job since the job will exceed $30,000. The jobs consist of a new roof, new heating/cooling system, upgrade electrical and plumbing work as well as other carpentry work. You will have to use licensed sub-contractors and be responsible for their work.
