Project no: 3061c, 18-144A This RFP is for Phase 1 of the project: rehabilitation of the Shoo-fly portion of the building, and full façade restoration. Phase 1 will focus on the oldest section, the Shoofly, as well as the façade of both sections. The Shoofly will be restored to a restaurant use, including the addition of an outdoor dining space. A kitchen, space for a business tenant, a green room, and dressing rooms will also be added. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for this section of the building will be updated and/or installed. Finally, the exterior will be repaired with substantial masonry and cornice rehabilitation. The scope of work is identified as Phase 1 of the Belvidere Theater Rehabilitation Construction Documents (Construction Plans and Volume 1 & 2 of the Specification Prepared by Form Works Design Group LLC. September 3, 2021. The construction documents are included to show the limited scope of work, anticipated to include the following: - Shoo Fly building rehabilitation including all exterior and interior work shown - Site work including installation of underground utilities and outdoor patio - Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for Shoo Fly - Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and infrastructure as needed for Belvidere Theatre to tie into the Shoo Fly - Roof Replacement on all areas of the building - Construction of Green Room and Kitchen additions to the west of the Shoo Fly - East exterior elevation masonry and cornice rehabilitation at the Belvidere Theatre Reference Number 0000276742 The last date for question or site visit request submission shall be January 26, 2022 by 12:00 - noon.
