Renovation of a medical facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 58,539-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility.
As of January 27, 2023, construction has been completed. This project is to renovate the interior space of the future Teaching and Learning Center at St. MaryCorwin to create a 21 st century learning space to host Pueblo Community College's health allied programs. The scope of work will consist of renovating parts of the second and fourth floor of the St. Mary-Corwin hospital for the Pueblo Community College Teaching and Learning Center. Approximately 50,411 square feet of the second floor and approximately 8,128 square feet of the fourth floor will be remodeled including adding observation windows, painting, ceiling repair, flooring, plumbing, updating electrical systems, fire sprinklers, HVAAC, removing walls, adding partitions, and new doors and walls. Existing infrastructure will be evaluated during construction and used when feasible. The renovations will result in approximately six classrooms and three labs with space for other programs. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
