To provide labor and equipment to remove accumulated snow and ice from the Alan Hamel Administration Building (319 W. 4th St), 5th Street Employee Parking Lot (421 5th St.), Transmission, Distribution and Engineering Building (301 N. Elizabeth St.), Warehouse (707 W.3rd St.) and Water Dispenser (707 W. 3rd St.) The designated areas will need to be free of ice accumulation, ice melt and debris days after the initial snow arrival until all the moisture is gone. The successful bidder may also be requested to provide additional grounds maintenance services, facilities cleaning, and or other misc. services as needed, in addition to snow and ice removal services.
