Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Scope The budget for the first phase of the project is $10,800,000 and shall incorporate design fees, reimbursable expenses, construction, and associated construction costs. The project has full funding authority. Project Site The project is located on the main campus of Elizabeth City State University at 1704 Weeksville Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. ECSU has a need to engage a design firm to assist in the repair and renovation of campus plumbing and electrical infrastructure. This engagement also would include the design and installation of a campus pump station to increase the water pressure in support of future planned campus growth. This project is a multi-phased project. The first phase consists of the following endeavors. a. Installation of a campus pump station b. Replacement of underground plumbing and electrical infrastructure along Hallowell Drive, Arena Drive and the Promenade loop. ECSU has a need to engage a design firm to assist in the repair and renovation of campus plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
