The Phase 2 improvements are proposed to include the following: o Site clearing, demolition and salvaging of select materials o Regrading/raising of the site through local sourcing and import of fill materials o New pre-manufactured restroom facility, furnished by the City o New ADA-compliant playground and exercise equipment, furnished by the City o Resilient surfacing and base in the playground/exercise equipment area o New tennis/pickleball courts including surfacing, fencing and lighting o Construction of an ADA-compliant looping walking path and other enhanced hardscape elements o New Entry Plaza and Spring House Pavilion o Covered picnic shelter and trash enclosure o Water quality basin(s) o New site furnishings including benches, picnic tables and trash receptacles o Replacement landscaping and irrigation system o Replacement parking areas o Infrastructure to support the renovations including site lighting, utilities, drainage facilities, fencing, communications and security features
