Demolition of one 6-plex building and construction of new 6-plex building. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition (including asbestos abatement) of one existing six-plex building and site preparation, excavation for and the construction of foundations as designed, framing and complete finishing of 1 six-plex, conventionally wood-framed, backfill, compaction, grading as specified, site work / servicing / landscaping / fencing / paving. Demolition and new construction of six (6) three-bedroom housing units and related site works at the site located at 11 Marlene Street of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will not be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions January 31, 2022.
