Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a 7,800-square-foot, two-story above grade, six-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Demolition of one 6-plex building and construction of new 6-plex building. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition (including asbestos abatement) of one existing six-plex building and site preparation, excavation for and the construction of foundations as designed, framing and complete finishing of 1 six-plex, conventionally wood-framed, backfill, compaction, grading as specified, site work / servicing / landscaping / fencing / paving. Demolition and new construction of six (6) three-bedroom housing units and related site works at the site located at 11 Marlene Street of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will not be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions January 31, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
