Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is located at Marion School, 619 Des Meurons Street, Wpg., MB., and consists of the following work: - A new elevator within the existing School along with alterations to the existing classrooms to accommodate. - A new main entry and 2nd floor office infill with new roof infill above. - Excavation of the existing crawlspace & underpinning of existing exterior grade beams. - New over-cladding exterior walls & windows. - New main entry stairs, ramp and canopy. - New ramps/stairs and smaller canopies and three existing entrances - New exit from Gymnasium - Interior renovation to an existing Grooming Room. - Interior renovation of an existing storage room into a UTR. - Interior renovations of existing offices. - Alternate Prices for Kindergarten room modifications, additional roof access, and new countertops to classroom millwork throughout. The elevator is to be a concrete block on a concrete grade beam and pile foundation system. Estimated Project Budget is $4.37 million.
