The Water and Wastewater Rate Study will require the selected consultant (Consultant) to perform all necessary analyses and documentation to perform the study of the City's utility rates and recommendation of a five-year (5-year) rate schedule for each utility. In general, the scope of work shall involve a comprehensive review of the City's water and wastewater enterprise funds' historical and projected revenues, usage, expenses, reserve policies, billing and collection procedures, rates and charges, current budgets, Sewer and Water Master Plans, capital improvement plans, future planned growth of the City, and any other information deemed pertinent.
