Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall demolish the existing concrete accessways to the marina area restroom, and install a new concrete ramp, stairway, handrails, and associated improvements for ADA accessibility, including widening and replacing the existing restroom doors and doorways. All questions should be addressed to the Community Services Dept. Parks Capital Division Manager, Jill Van Wie, via e-mail: jvanwie@countyofsb.org . The County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The successful CONTRACTOR shall complete all work called for under the Contract Documents no later than March 30, 2022. . Deadline for questions is Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
